GLTP

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLTP RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 19,380 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLTP-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PREX1, PLEKHO2_T311, and VAV1. Each is linked with GLTP in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLTP-to-partner and partner-to-GLTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLTP versus PREX1 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.35.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
