GLTP

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLTP mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 446 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLTP-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNA5SP146, TAF9, and MIR6515. Each is linked with GLTP in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLTP-to-partner and partner-to-GLTP results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNA5SP146 grouped by GLTP-low versus GLTP-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLTP→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLTP) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
