GLS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,923 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are CASKIN2, DDN, and LINC00957. Each is linked with GLS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLS2-to-partner and partner-to-GLS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLS2 versus CASKIN2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.60.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
