The most reproducible GLRX5P1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are VPS13D_S2692, SASH3_T318, and SCARF1_S714. Each is linked with GLRX5P1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX5P1-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX5P1 results are reported.
