GLRX2

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,476 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are C1orf35, CDC73, and PRCC. Each is linked with GLRX2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX2-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLRX2 versus C1orf35 in UCEC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.42.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
