GLRX2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,674 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are TOMM40, TATDN3, and TRERF1. Each is linked with GLRX2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX2-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLRX2 versus TOMM40 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.26.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
