GLRX2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRX2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 320 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX2-associated genes across cancer lineages are WBP1LP8, MIR6853, and MIR7159. Each is linked with GLRX2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX2-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, WBP1LP8 grouped by GLRX2-low versus GLRX2-high in BRCA.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
