Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GLRX Mutation is linked to patient survival in 3 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GLRX data layer compared with 27 for mass-spec protein and 5 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in stomach adenocarcinoma (STAD), where higher GLRX Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLRX expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
STAD, PRAD, and CHOL are the cancer types where GLRX Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
