GLRX

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLRX RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 8,472 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRX-associated genes across cancer lineages are ELL2, PHLDA2, and CD163L1. Each is linked with GLRX in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRX-to-partner and partner-to-GLRX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLRX versus ELL2 in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.56.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRX→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
