GLRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 32 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are Cyclin-B1, MEK1, and p38-MAPK_pT180_Y182. Each is linked with GLRA3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Cyclin-B1 grouped by GLRA3-low versus GLRA3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
