GLRA3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLRA3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are FTMT, MMP27, and KRTAP12-3. Each is linked with GLRA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA3-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FTMT grouped by GLRA3-low versus GLRA3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
