GLRA1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLRA1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLRA1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNASEH2A, CEP89, and POC1A. Each is linked with GLRA1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLRA1-to-partner and partner-to-GLRA1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNASEH2A grouped by GLRA1-low versus GLRA1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLRA1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLRA1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
