GLOD5

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLOD5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 3,220 significant associations in total. BREAST shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLOD5-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Response to indole-3-methanol, IMP biosynthetic process, and Establishment of epithelial cell apical/basal polarity. Each is linked with GLOD5 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLOD5-to-partner and partner-to-GLOD5 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Response to indole-3-methanol grouped by GLOD5-low versus GLOD5-high in STOMACH.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLOD5→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLOD5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
