GLOD4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLOD4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,279 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLOD4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are SPAG7, YWHAE, and CRK. Each is linked with GLOD4 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLOD4-to-partner and partner-to-GLOD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 versus SPAG7 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.38.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLOD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLOD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
