GLOD4

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLOD4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,224 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLOD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are METTL16, CYB5D2, and TMEM220. Each is linked with GLOD4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLOD4-to-partner and partner-to-GLOD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLOD4 versus METTL16 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.34.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLOD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLOD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
