GLOD4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLOD4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 226 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLOD4-associated genes across cancer lineages are FSBP, RNA5SP387, and RNU6-370P. Each is linked with GLOD4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLOD4-to-partner and partner-to-GLOD4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FSBP grouped by GLOD4-low versus GLOD4-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLOD4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLOD4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
