GLMN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 819 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are MTND2P33, TRAJ43, and LINC02089. Each is linked with GLMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMN-to-partner and partner-to-GLMN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MTND2P33 grouped by GLMN-low versus GLMN-high in READ.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLMN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLMN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
