Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLMN mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLMN-associated genes across cancer lineages are Caspase-7-cleavedD198, Fibronectin, and GSK3-a-b. Each is linked with GLMN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLMN-to-partner and partner-to-GLMN results are reported.
