GLIS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,870 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL1, PUM3, and PPP1R8. Each is linked with GLIS3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS3-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CUL1 grouped by GLIS3-low versus GLIS3-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
