Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIS3 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 5,301 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLIS3-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization, Positive regulation of blood pressure by epinephrine-norepinephrine, and Hepatocyte growth factor receptor signaling pathway. Each is linked with GLIS3 in more than 13 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS3-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of cell-substrate junction organization grouped by GLIS3-low versus GLIS3-high in BONE.
