GLIS3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIS3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 34 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS3-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVP, CHAT, and LCE1B. Each is linked with GLIS3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS3-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVP grouped by GLIS3-low versus GLIS3-high in BREAST.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
