GLIS2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIS2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,578 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are INPP5F, CPXM1, and ZNF679. Each is linked with GLIS2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIS2 versus INPP5F in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.53.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
