GLIS2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIS2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,338 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS2-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR52X1P, TMEM123, and RNU6-1113P. Each is linked with GLIS2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OR52X1P grouped by GLIS2-low versus GLIS2-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
