GLIS1

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIS1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,215 significant associations in total. TGCT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF469, ANGPTL2, and COL6A2. Each is linked with GLIS1 in more than 22 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIS1 versus ZNF469 in BLCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.65.
