GLIS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,545 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PHBP13, RNU6-1323P, and RPS29P32. Each is linked with GLIS1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, PHBP13 grouped by GLIS1-low versus GLIS1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
