GLIS1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIS1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 43 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIS1-associated genes across cancer lineages are BANF2, MYL10, and GHRHR. Each is linked with GLIS1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIS1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIS1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, BANF2 grouped by GLIS1-low versus GLIS1-high in BLOOD_Lymphoma.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIS1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIS1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
