Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GLIPR2 mass-spec protein is linked to patient survival in 7 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GLIPR2 data layer compared with 28 for mass-spec protein and 2 for mutation status.

The strongest signal is observed in colon adenocarcinoma (COAD), where higher GLIPR2 mass-spec protein is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLIPR2 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as HNSC show a favorable association.

COAD, LUAD, and PDAC are the cancer types where GLIPR2 mass-spec protein most reproducibly stratifies survival.
