Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIPR2 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,648 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLIPR2-associated proteins across cancer lineages are QKI, MAP7, and STK10. Each is linked with GLIPR2 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIPR2 versus QKI in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.68.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIPR2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIPR2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
