Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIPR2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLIPR2-associated genes across cancer lineages are ZNF831, TAFA1, and CENPVL1. Each is linked with GLIPR2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR2 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ZNF831 grouped by GLIPR2-low versus GLIPR2-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.
