GLIPR1L2

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIPR1L2 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,851 significant associations in total. CCRCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIPR1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPECC1L, YPEL1, and SNRPD3. Each is linked with GLIPR1L2 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR1L2-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIPR1L2 versus SPECC1L in CCRCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.48.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIPR1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIPR1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
