Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, GLIPR1 Mutation is linked to patient survival in 2 of 34 cancer types, making it a survival-associated GLIPR1 data layer compared with 19 for mass-spec protein and 6 for mass-spec protein.
The strongest signal is observed in head and neck squamous cell carcinoma (HNSC), where higher GLIPR1 Mutation is associated with worse overall survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLIPR1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
HNSC and LUAD are the cancer types where GLIPR1 Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
