Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLIPR1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 21 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, EGFR_pY1068, and GSK-3_pS9. Each is linked with GLIPR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR1 results are reported.
