GLIPR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLIPR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 10,957 significant associations in total. BONE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLIPR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are FLNA, AXL, and PDCD1LG2. Each is linked with GLIPR1 in more than 14 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLIPR1-to-partner and partner-to-GLIPR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLIPR1 versus FLNA in BONE, with a Pearson correlation of 0.73.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLIPR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLIPR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
