The strongest signal is observed in esophageal carcinoma (ESCA), where higher GLIDR Mutation is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated GLIDR expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker.
ESCA and KIRP are the cancer types where GLIDR Mutation most reproducibly stratifies survival.
