GLI4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,940 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are PUF60, PYCR3, and SMC1A. Each is linked with GLI4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI4-to-partner and partner-to-GLI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLI4 versus PUF60 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of 0.31.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
