GLI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 164 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU1-57P, LINC01867, and RN7SL73P. Each is linked with GLI4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI4-to-partner and partner-to-GLI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU1-57P grouped by GLI4-low versus GLI4-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
