GLI4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLI4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 25 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI4-associated genes across cancer lineages are CDH20, OR5C1, and PABPN1L. Each is linked with GLI4 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI4-to-partner and partner-to-GLI4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CDH20 grouped by GLI4-low versus GLI4-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI4→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
