GLI3

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLI3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 76 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, Caspase-7-cleavedD198, and PCNA. Each is linked with GLI3 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI3-to-partner and partner-to-GLI3 results are reported.
