GLI3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLI3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 342 significant associations in total. LUNG_NSCLC_LUAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLI3-associated genes across cancer lineages are SOX14, C9orf92, and SHISA8. Each is linked with GLI3 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLI3-to-partner and partner-to-GLI3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SOX14 grouped by GLI3-low versus GLI3-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLI3→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLI3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
