Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLE1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,361 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLE1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Proteasome regulatory particle assembly, Poly(A)+ mRNA export from nucleus, and Immunoglobulin heavy chain V-D-J recombination. Each is linked with GLE1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLE1-to-partner and partner-to-GLE1 results are reported.
