GLE1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLE1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 107 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLE1-associated genes across cancer lineages are OTOR, TERB2, and A4GNT. Each is linked with GLE1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLE1-to-partner and partner-to-GLE1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, OTOR grouped by GLE1-low versus GLE1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLE1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLE1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
