GLDN

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDN RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 14,150 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDN-associated proteins across cancer lineages are RPS2, RTN1, and SSRP1. Each is linked with GLDN in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDN-to-partner and partner-to-GLDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
