GLDN

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDN protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,108 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are APLP1, RASGEF1C, and ST18. Each is linked with GLDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDN-to-partner and partner-to-GLDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
