GLDN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLDN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDN-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR10R2, MYL10, and LGI1. Each is linked with GLDN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDN-to-partner and partner-to-GLDN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDN→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
