GLDCP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLDCP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 7,075 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLDCP1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), Endonucleolytic cleavage in 5'-ETS of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA), and Protein localization to microtubule organizing center. Each is linked with GLDCP1 in more than 15 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLDCP1-to-partner and partner-to-GLDCP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Endonucleolytic cleavage of tricistronic rRNA transcript (SSU-rRNA, 5.8S rRNA, LSU-rRNA) grouped by GLDCP1-low versus GLDCP1-high in ESCA.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLDCP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLDCP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
Each partner links to its Q-omics profile. Showing the 6 strongest of 7,075 associations by consensus.
