GLCE

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLCE RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 13,438 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCE-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DOCK2, CALML4, and CERT1. Each is linked with GLCE in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCE-to-partner and partner-to-GLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLCE versus DOCK2 in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of -0.24.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
