GLCE

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLCE protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,775 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are KAT2B, LRRC49, and RCN2. Each is linked with GLCE in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCE-to-partner and partner-to-GLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, GLCE versus KAT2B in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.27.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
