GLCE

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, GLCE mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 12 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLCE-associated genes across cancer lineages are C11orf53, KRTAP10-8, and DEFB133. Each is linked with GLCE in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLCE-to-partner and partner-to-GLCE results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, C11orf53 grouped by GLCE-low versus GLCE-high in CNS.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLCE→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLCE) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
