GLB1L2

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLB1L2 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,330 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible GLB1L2-associated genes across cancer lineages are STIL, PSMC3IP, and RTN3. Each is linked with GLB1L2 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLB1L2-to-partner and partner-to-GLB1L2 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, STIL grouped by GLB1L2-low versus GLB1L2-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLB1L2→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLB1L2) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
