Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, GLB1L mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 40 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible GLB1L-associated genes across cancer lineages are EGFR_pY1068, eIF4E, and A-Raf_pS299. Each is linked with GLB1L in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both GLB1L-to-partner and partner-to-GLB1L results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, EGFR_pY1068 grouped by GLB1L-low versus GLB1L-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (GLB1L→partner) and Y-score (partner→GLB1L) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
